I grew up in Arizona and then headed east to NYC two weeks after graduating college. With no real plan but knowing I wanted to live in the city I headed east. Sixteen years and 2 careers later I recently made the decision to relocate to LA and I am now making it my home.

I’ve been tinting and trimming my own hair since I was 14 - from platinum to pink with many “natural” shades along the way. While I started my career in television production, I wanted to bring the joy I found in my own hair to others and enrolled in the Aveda Institute to get my New York Cosmetology License. I thought I would go back to the TV world and do hair there after working in a salon first to get some training. I never expected to love being in a salon so much, and I never left. My clients have become so special to me I’m alway excited to see who will be in my chair each day. Play with their hair, chat about our families, travels or what we are watching reading or eating these days!

Along the way I have found my passion in helping clients make their hair dreams come true. Be it giving them the cut or color they crave, teaching them how to take care of their hair while they are not in my chair, or showing styling tricks to cut down on time at home. I want my clients to love their hair everyday, not just when they see me. This passion has also grown to share my knowledge with other stylists as well. I love taking classes and learning new things, and I love being an educator and teaching my techniques. No matter where we are in life, I think its important to never stop learning and pass on what we learn to continue to inspire each other.
